Ketki Rana P.T., M.S., B.P.Th.
Ketki grew up in India and received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2011 from India. She has been exposed to variety of patients and has independently treated them as a PT intern. Ketki did volunteer work for a paraplegic foundation and also worked as a PT under a reputed senior PT to gain experience. She was keen to have a deep understanding of joint bio-mechanics and to study how external and internal forces effect the skeletal system of the human body. She moved halfway around the world to Texas to achieve her dreams as well as to re-unite with her family. She received her Master’s degree in Kinesiology with bio-mechanics specialization from Texas Woman’s University Denton in 2013. She strongly believes in evidence based practice and has a bio-mechanics research paper titled to her name. Ketki joined Advanced Spine and Joint in March 2014 and started her career as a PT in the USA.She strives to achieve superior patient outcomes by combining functional exercises and manual therapy specific to each patient. Patients describe her as a caring, motivating and goal-driven therapist. Ketki enjoys spending free time with her niece and nephews and catching up with her friends in India.
Alex Bonnette PT, DPT, CSCS
Alex is a Doctor of Physical Therapy that enjoys combining his passion for the profession of physical therapy and rehabilitation with his love of sports and fitness. Alex has been in the fitness industry his whole life and was literally raised in a health club that was owned by his parents in Silsbee, Tx. He enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and is committed to diagnosing and designing individualized plans of care for each patient based on their specific needs. Alex has a keen interest in Manual Therapy and believes that a hands on approach can increase proper joint mobility and posture, decrease recovery time, and facilitate normal movement of joint and muscles to improve function. Alex earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Alex graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology-Movement Science. Alex also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) which is one of the highest post-baccalaureate certifications for strength and conditioning. This allows Alex to individualized a specific exercise prescription for each and every patient. Alex is passionate about health and fitness, and was competitive in football, powerlifting, and track and also enjoys weight-training, running, and engaging in most outdoor activities.
